• Capturing Memories in Everyday Moments — Simple ways families can record stories today, how to ask meaningful questions, when to ask them, and how to create space for genuine answers. We’ll also explore ways to make storytelling accessible and comfortable for people with disabilities or Parkinson’s.

• When Stories Carry Pain — How to navigate difficult memories and moments of trauma during an interview, including the art of stepping outside ourselves, listening without judgment, and gently redirecting a conversation when needed.

• Oral Storytelling: Keeping History Alive in Your Own Words — A look at the history and tradition of oral storytelling and why passing stories from one generation to the next remains so powerful.
