This isn't the right fit right now. A guided interview depends on being able to hold a conversation and share memories in the moment, so we're not able to move forward with a recording session based on what you've shared. We're truly sorry, and we're happy to talk through it with you directly — please reach out below rather than using the request form.

⚠ Heads up — we work with early-stage dementia clients regularly, since there's usually still a rich ability to recall and tell stories. For more advanced stages, recording can be very difficult, and this may not be the right fit as-is. We'll reach out directly to talk it through and figure out the kindest approach.

We'll prioritize this. Time-sensitive requests go to the top of our list — we aim to reach out within 24 hours to get things moving quickly.
